Our Delivery Policy

We offer free standard delivery on all orders of 4 boxes or more.

All orders placed before noon UK time are processed the same day (excluding Sundays and bank holidays)
We apologise but we only ship within the UK for now. England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

£4.99 Express Delivery 1-2 days (Royal Mail Tracked or DPD Tracked)

Orders of less than 4 boxes
£2.99 Standard Delivery 2-4 days (Evri Tracked)
£4.99 Express Delivery 1-2 days (Royal Mail Tracked or DPD Tracked)

Sample Packs
FREE second class delivery. This does not apply to the whole order.

Once we receive you order we'll let you know by email. We'll also let you know when it is dispatched and send a tracking reference for you to follow your tea. Note that the delivery companies are sometimes a slow to update their information and you might not be able to follow your package for several hours after ordering.

Our Returns Policy
We want you to be very happy with your CBD tea and think it's the best you can buy. However if you are not entirely satisfied with our tea then please send us an email to hello@foutwentea.com.
If called for we are happy to accept returns and offer full refunds.
We're also very grateful for any feedback on our CBD teas so please get in touch. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
