Our European parcels are sent "duty paid" which means there are no hidden costs such as handling fees or any unexpected surcharges before you receive them. Our DHL tracked service means you can keep an eye on your goods as they transit through the border.
Since the UK left the European Union all UK goods are now subject to VAT, which alas is unavoidable, and calculated at check-out.

Our Returns Policy
We want you to be very happy with your CBD tea and think it's the best you can buy. However if you are not entirely satisfied with our tea then please send us an email to hello@foutwentea.com.
We offer a 30 days return policy where you can send the tea back unopened and unused, no questions asked.
That said, if you are unhappy with the taste or quality then please get in touch and we will try to make it right by sending a refund.
We're also very grateful for any feedback on our CBD teas so please get in touch.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement or refund.
