Cuppa of the Month: terms and conditions

Take your mug for a walk, show us, and each month's favourite wins a box of every blend. Here's the small print.

The first round runs from 1 to 30 November 2026. Anything sent before 1 November counts towards it.

  1. Promoter. Four Twentea Ltd, 19 Sowers Lane, Winterton, DN15 9SA.
  2. Who can enter. UK residents aged 18 or over. Not open to Four Twentea staff or their households. No purchase necessary.
  3. How to enter. Send a photo or short video of your mug of tea out for a walk (or at the window) by replying to our "How's the first box going?" email, emailing it to jemma@fourtwentea.com, or posting it publicly on Instagram tagging @four.twentea with #cuppaclub. Private Instagram accounts can't be seen, so please email instead. As many entries as you like; each person can win once in any 12 months.
  4. When. Each calendar month is a separate round. Entries must arrive by 11.59pm UK time on the last day of the month. Entries after that roll into the next month.
  5. Choosing the winner. Jemma picks her favourite each month, judged on how well it captures a real Four Twentea moment. It's not a random draw. Her decision is final.
  6. The prize. One Everything Bundle: a box each of Normalitea, Naughtea, Mintea and Tranquilitea (56 bags). Or another tea-related prize worth £30 or more. UK delivery is free. No cash alternative. If a blend is out of stock, we'll swap in a box of equal value.
  7. Telling the winner. We'll contact the winner by email or Instagram message within 14 days of the month closing. If we don't hear back within 14 days, we'll pick another entry.
  8. What you can send. It must be your own photo. Everyone in it must be happy to be shown, and nobody in it can be under 18. We choose which entries to feature, and we may not share every one.
  9. Using your photo. By entering, you're happy for Four Twentea to share your photo on our website, social media and emails, credited to your first name or handle. You keep the copyright. Ask us to take it down any time by emailing jemma@fourtwentea.com.
  10. Winners' names. We'll share the winner's first name or handle when we announce them. Anyone can ask for the winner's first name and county by emailing us.
  11. Your details. We only use your details to run this promotion and send your prize, in line with our privacy policy.
  12. The small print. This promotion isn't run by, endorsed by or connected to Instagram or Meta. We can change or end it with notice on this page. CBD isn't recommended for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, or anyone taking medication.
